Arriving home
After a trip to London, just down yesterday and back today. With one thing and another this is the first time I've spent more than a few hours away from the house since the start of October.

It was also the first time we've been away for a night since the lambs were born. I was sure they would be fine but you can't help but worry and it was lovely to see them fine and running up to greet me when I got back }:-).

Had a nice evening in London, met up with some mates and had a nice piss up and curry. Wales won the rugby too, the match was on in big screens in the pub. Giles is still in London, he's off back to Italy for a few days tomorrow.

Originally I'd planned to go to TCR but the train journey down was long enough that I couldn't realistically get there in any kind of a decent time. I think if I want to join in future events I'll have to go down the day before. Sounds like they had great numbers anyway :).

The guys got me some stuff to cheer me up, it was really nice, a load of Apollo books and DVDs and even a model Saturn V which I shall build and fly from the top field when Giles gets back :D.

It's quiet in the house with Giles away and no dog (I pick her up from kennels tomorrow) so I'm sat here listening to Caprichoso songs. I think I'll have some DVD spaceflight and a beer before I go to bed }:-).
