the actual nicotine withdrawal bit of giving up smoking am teh suck. just feel really odd and gnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn a lot of the time. still, it's supposed to plateau out after 72 hours so I hope it'll start to get better in a day or so.
I'm not actually tempted to smoke at all (disconnection from the actual habit side was fine using the patches, and there's no fags round the place and nobody smoking any round me any more thanks to the smoking ban, so backsliding simply isn't an issue). It's just I decided to only do a week on the patches and then cold turkey off em rather than do 8 weeks on strength 1, then 2 weeks on strength 2 etc etc which would have taken bloody ages.
So it's a few days of gnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
